When you schedule an appointment with Paper Trails, we make a commitment to dedicate time to you and your wedding invitation style. We'll ask lots of questions, including:

  • How many invitations will you be sending?
  • How much would you like to spend?
  • What are your wedding colors?
  • What's the tone and style of your wedding?

We'll also help word your invitation and enclosures, navigate the ins and outs of etiquette, advise on where to splurge and where to be thrifty. Our extensive product selection, marvelous sense of paper style trends and outstanding customer service will boost your excitement for the big day (and leave you wondering how you ever lived without our papers)!

When should you schedule an appointment to meet with us?

It's ideal to meet with Paper Trails no later than four months prior to your wedding date. As always, the more time the better, but we can work with less. You can call the shop or email us to request an appointment today -- we'd love to work with you!

We show our wedding invitations by appointment only, to ensure that our bridal customers receive dedicated attention from an expert consultant. First-time appointments typically last 1-2 hours, and we offer several evening and weekend appointment options.  Our process is designed to take the hassle out of shopping for invitations!  We know that looking through hundreds of invitation designs online or in albums can be totally overwhelming, and we're here to walk you through every step of the decision process.
